Cute Is What We Aim For

byebye CIWWAF (I'm very glad that I won't be using that acronym as much anymore)

So many band break-ups, so little time to properly mourn all of them. But in the case of Buffalo, New York's Cute Is What We Aim For break-up (due to lead singer Shaant Hacikyan's ego), a surprisingly few number of fans are actually upset. Given
that they released such a strong debut (The Same Old Blood Rush with a New Touch) and then came out with the highly commercial and far less creative Rotation, many fans gave up on them a while ago. But the good news is that bassist Dave Melillo is likely going to go back to his solo career, and that seems to me to be have more talent than Cute ever did.
